- Contracting Authorities in whose tenders you choose to participate through the use of the NetworkPA platform
- Contracting Authorities/buyers to whose platforms you choose to register/subscribe/synchronize through the use of the NetworkPA Platform
- Contracting Authorities accessing the NetworkPA Platform service that may invite you to participate in a negotiated procedure.
What is done with your personal information?
For the execution and management of the contractual relationship established
- The Service Agreement of the NetworkPA platform for which you are registering
- Fulfillment of activities resulting from the relationship established and regulated for the market sector of the data controller
For their archiving and storage
Legal obligations for the exercise of rights dependent on the contract with the data controller
For commercial purposes related to the activity of DigitalPA (proposals for new services, economic advantages for the renewal of existing subscriptions, etc.)
Consent

Consent
What personal data are processed?
Specific information will be progressively communicated or displayed on portal pages dedicated to specific services upon request.
Mandatory nature of data provision and consent
The provision of personal data is optional. Failure to provide, inaccurate or partial provision of personal data will make it impossible to process your request for telematic registration.
Failure to consent to the processing of data for commercial purposes only, while not affecting the smooth running of the use of the platform, will prevent DigitalPA from sending you commercial communications.
Retention period
The data collected for the purpose of fulfilling the subscription contract to the NetworkPA platform will be processed for the duration of the subscription. Accounting documents are archived in accordance with the law for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.
Rights of the data subject
You may at any time request information, free of charge, on the processing of your personal data, and, where the processing is based on consent, you may at any time revoke it, preventing any further processing without affecting its lawfulness based on the consent given prior to revocation.
The rights that you may exercise are those specified in EU Regulation 679/2016:

- Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is being or has been carried out in violation of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data or contrary to what is stated in this Policy, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
