This section of the portal aims to indicate the policy of DigitalPA S.r.l. (according to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation – 2016/679) regarding the processing of personal data collected while browsing the portal – Commercial promo purposes.
The information is provided only for the portal managed by DigitalPA S.r.l. and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.
The information is also inspired by the Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations related to the web services of this portal take place at the headquarters of DigitalPA S.r.l. and are carried out only by the technical personnel of the company in charge of processing or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who send requests for information material (questions, news, calls, etc.) or services in general will be used only to provide the institutional service or to respond to your requests and will be communicated to third parties only when necessary for this purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this portal acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the portal, the addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given to the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this portal involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific information will be progressively communicated or displayed on the pages of the portal dedicated to specific services upon request.

Purposes of processing
The personal and/or company data entered in the forms of this portal are protected by DigitalPA Srl and are used to respond to the user’s requests, to provide the requested information, or to contact the user, and are processed by the company within the scope of its activity for the following promotional and commercial purposes:

  • carrying out activities functional to the promotion and sale of products and services of DigitalPA, carrying out market and customer satisfaction surveys through letters, telephone, Internet, e-mail, and other communication systems

Personal data provided during registration will also be communicated by DigitalPA to educational institutions/teachers/speakers of online courses for sending their promotional communications regarding promotional and educational events. These entities will act as autonomous data controllers.

The legal basis for the processing above activities is the freely given consent of the data subject under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Except for what is specified for navigation data or what may be specified in relation to specific processing in the context of the various services offered in the Portal, the User is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms of the same. Failure to do so may make it impossible to comply with the user’s requests.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to

  • to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the restriction of the processing that concerns them;
  • to object to the processing;
  • to the portability of the data;
  • to revoke consent, where provided: the revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (“Garante Privacy” – Italian Data Protection Authority).
