A consultant will assist the Economic Operator in all phases of registration to the “Acquisti Telematici” Supplier Register to ensure a formally complete and correct registration.
The indicated costs refer to the registration support service for one supplier list on a DigitalPA “Acquisti Telematici” e-procurement platform.
The service includes:
- Entry of the personal data of the legal representative and any accompanying documentation;
- Declarations under Articles 94 and 95 legislative decree 36/2023;
- Collection of data on the activity;
- Entry of data on the Chamber of Commerce, social security status, INAIL, etc.;
- Selection of the correct categories of goods or sectors of specialization and specific turnover for each category;
- Entering the notice categories related to the registration in MePA or possible registration in other directories;
- Certifications and qualifications (quality certification and additional certifications or qualifications);
- Additional supporting documentation;
- Assistance with the digital signature of documents and self-certification.
The service is provided by appointment, depending on the availability of operators. Appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Following the principle of third-party status, this service will not cover essential elements of the offer.
